Photography By Zoya DiCaprio Washington DC, Katiana knows all too well what it's like to starve.  She lived in a concentration camp. Now living in DC she feeds and takes care of wild pigeons.  They are tamed for her. She has names for almost all of them and each day she feeds them with all organic seeds and nuts.  The get fed and even bandaged up when needed.  Katiana can't feed them on her residential grounds because they don't allow it so she and the pigeons have found a common ground near by the highway.
